Receive call via Service Delivery Center and register ticket in the system – follow by check of SLA

Coordinate + plan mission, including preparation of spare parts

Incident mission
- Repairs (ideally at customer’s premises, if not possible at S&T-branch – in this case replacement service providing a swap-out unit)
